Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://tagcpa.io (the "Site") and the free tools it provides. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site provides

The Site describes the services of TAG CPA ("tagcpa.io", "we", "us") — fractional CFO and tax planning for owner-led service businesses — and offers free informational tools: the Scaling Blueprint assessment, the Cash Runway Calculator, the Salary Cap Calculator, and the Team Efficiency Calculator.

2. Informational tools — not professional advice

Outputs of the calculators, the assessment, and any generated reports are estimates for general information only. They are based on the figures you enter and simplified assumptions, and they do not constitute accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. Do not act on them without advice tailored to your situation.

No client relationship is created by using the Site. A professional relationship with us begins only when both parties sign an engagement agreement. Until then, nothing on the Site or said in a strategy session constitutes professional advice you may rely on.

3. No guarantees

Any examples, scenarios, or figures shown on the Site are illustrative. Results depend on your business, your circumstances, and your execution. We make no representation that any particular savings, margin improvement, or outcome will be achieved.

4. Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information in forms and bookings.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the Site.
• Do not copy or republish Site content at scale without permission.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's content, tools, branding, and generated reports are owned by TAG CPA or its licensors. Your report is for your business's internal use; you may share it within your company and with your advisors.

6. Third-party services

Scheduling is provided by Calendly, and some content is embedded from third parties (for example Wistia video). Their terms and policies govern your use of their services.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its free tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on informational outputs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through the Site.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
